Position Summary
The Global Recruiting Systems Manager, under the direction of the Global Consulting Recruiting Director and working closely with the IT HR Senior Manager, HRIS/IT team, STARS project team (for duration of project) and regional leadership, will support our initiative to enhance the processes and systems that support consulting staff recruiting globally.   The main objectives will be to facilitate the design and implementation of a new, global recruiting IT system, with emphasis on requirements validation and change management support (stakeholder engagement activities, communication strategy, training materials, etc.).  Upon implementation completion, the Global Recruiting Systems Manager will be responsible for, among other topics, working with the Recruiting and Information Systems teams to chart the roadmap for future system functionality enhancements including strategies for dealing with BCG’s evolving candidate pools, and screening and assessment practices, identify, prioritize, test, and implement changes to our IT system (working alongside system users), develop and execute appropriate training support to system users, and provide periodic analytic support.

Job Responsibilities
Drive  change management effort with respect to alignment and roll-out of recruiting processes and system, including supporting systems design development and validation by working with stakeholders across the firm at all levels
Working with functional leadership, HRIS/IT, and system users, identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, including partnerships with third-party vendors, to address evolving business priorities.  Define business case for, and prioritize, recommended enhancements.  Engage in testing and roll-out activities
Develop communication and training strategy, roll-out plan, and materials for BST and consulting staff relating to any new recruiting tools and processes, including both high-level materials appropriate for large audiences as well as detailed reference materials, and track progress; may include management of a project community site to facilitate information sharing, stakeholder dialogs, etc.
Support development of materials to facilitate Steering Committee and leadership discussions
Coordinate and support appropriate testing of system, in conjunction with HRIS team and system users
Plan, schedule, and lead system user and cross-functional team meetings and communications, in conjunction with Global Consulting Recruiting Director and IT HR Senior Manager
Lead training and system user support sessions as required
Attend vendor and industry conferences as required
 
Mix of design development, validation, and implementation vs. change management and leadership discussion responsibilities will vary over time as the project dictates and based on the skills of the individual.
Basic Job Requirements
Education/Experience:
BCG Consultant, Project Leader, Principal or MSS with recruiting experience required
BA/BS degree required
Experience in change management at BCG or elsewhere helpful
International experience helpful
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
