Description

This role will support the evolution of our client engagement strategy across Retail and Multi-Brand Retail to meet division objectives and deepen client relationships. The new Group Director will lead marketing strategies and communication initiatives while being responsible for developing, implementing and reporting on new programs across channels that focus on customer relationships and engagement. This individual will also partner with key functions both locally and globally (Strategy, Image, Creative, Media, Merchandising, Ops and Digital) to develop and implement strategic campaigns.

Omni-Channel Client Communication Strategy
Foster and support 360 degree marketing strategies and execution for major CHANEL initiatives
Partner with Strategy & Client Insights team to develop multi-channel client engagement programs, across retail and MBR, based on customer insights, client journeys, business trends and priorities
Strategize and develop ways to enhance the omni-channel experience through services that connect online and offline
Support Multi-Brand Retail lease communication strategy and execution
Identify key retail & market opportunities to test and learn
Collaborate with various internal teams to implement initiatives and monitor results
Ensure that CHANEL standards are consistently met across programs and initiatives
CRM

Collaborating on business case & brief development for targeted content development
Collaborating on segmentation strategy and testing to improve CRM metrics
KPIs & Analysis

Analyze and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and programs across channels
Deliver analysis to drive business decisions, optimize marketing programs, support customer engagement, and improve customer experience. 
Present metrics and insights to senior leadership
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Advanced analytical thinking skills        
Ability to understand marketing data, build reports, analyze results  excellently        
Well-versed in all aspects of marketing       
Demonstrated management skills and desire to mentor        
Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives      
Well-developed written and verbal presentation skills        
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  
7 years experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of driving client engagement and innovation; strong bias towards omni-channel experience
