What You'll Do
The Supply Chain Acquisition Integration is responsible for driving Cisco’s long- term growth strategy through an integrated approach to market entry, expansion and acceleration. This spans the full lifecycle of innovation, investment, acquisition, divestiture, joint ventures, and partnerships. Over the past several years, we have played an integral role in Cisco’s growth through more than 200 strategic acquisitions, partnerships and investments. The team is responsible for extracting maximum value from each transaction to enable new business models, expand technical capabilities and acquire new talent for Cisco.
Who You'll Work With
You will be working with a diverse and highly skilled group of Supply Chain professionals to solve complex business problems to enable Cisco’s strategic business transactions.   In collaboration with functional partners, you will drive the assessment, strategy, planning and execution required to integrate acquired entities and to support acquisitions of all sizes and varying business models.   You will work with multiple internal and external partners across Supply Chain, our Suppliers and IT to improve efficiencies and deliver incremental productivity to Cisco’s bottom line.  
Who You Are
You are a transformation leader and have a can-do attitude with strong process and systems reengineering experience, combined with deep program management skills and hands-on experience running the business. You thrive working in ambiguity and are capable of leading cross-functional programs where you are able to influence and align teams to a common outcome.
 
Skills/Experience Requirements
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Finance, M&A or Supply Chain Operations or MBA/Master's degree in related field
5-10+ years related industry experience in supply chain, - hardware and software,  operations management, M&A, strategy development and large scale process and systems implementation
Ability to manage the successful and smooth transition from current to desired culture, practices, structure, and overall organizational environment
Maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services. Level 4 -Expert •Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve program objectives.
Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Team building skills and the ability to develop and organize a high performing direct and virtual team
Excellent written and oral communication throughout all levels of the organization: users, peers, cross-functional partners and senior executives
