About BUSCB Customer Office
The Barclays US Consumer Bank Customer Office is accountable to drive long term customer satisfaction,  outstanding communications and sustainable financial returns from the existing customer portfolio of one of the fastest growing Banks in the US.  We do this by using a risk/reward based approach to ensure we are optimally meeting customer needs across the full lifecycle, providing a frictionless experience, and developing and delivering excellent communications to prospective and existing customers. 
Overall Purpose of role
Responsible for leading the Marketing Technology Stack for BUSCB, developing a strategic roadmap for new and existing Marketing capabilities that will deliver personalized marketing campaigns at a faster speed to market while enhancing the control environment through marketing automation.    Working closely with internal business teams and external suppliers to design and run the end state Martech Platform driving better outcomes for New and Existing Customer Marketing programs.
 
Your Role (Key Accountabilities)
Martech Stack Management
Take a leadership role in defining the vision and running key Marketing Technology platforms to deliver flawless campaigns using data, machine learning, and other techniques to drive personalized marketing programs
Own the strategy and deployment of the underlying solutions to drive campaign management, offers management, content management, and loyalty management
Lead the development and deployment of marketing assets across a broad range of digital channels maximizing the use of our content management tool
Lead the business requirements and future state vision in conjunction with the Platform Modernization teams for deploying and running a marketing campaign tool to simplify the campaign build process, list selection, offer delivery, and personalization across the entire Marketing Stack
Own governance of select Martech tools and processes ensuring they are operating in control, within privacy standards, and appropriately connected to technology disaster recovery and resilience plans
Loyalty Management
Lead the design and management of all rewards programs and capabilities across both internal solutions and external providers
Lead the rewards strategy working with business lines to define the short and long term rewards capabilities required to deliver key business results
Manage external rewards vendors to optimize the effectiveness, cost, and competitive offering for loyalty capabilities
Manage rewards fulfillment, reporting, and processing across the enterprise
Data Management
Manage the use, targeting, and selection process for Marketing data to drive targeted marketing campaigns for new and existing customers
Define and optimize the Marketing data strategy working across the business lines to identify current and future data needs
Lead the Acxiom relationship and identify value add opportunities to leverage additional Acxiom data sources
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have a significant amount of experience leading teams and demonstrated success to drive results and employee satisfaction, have led a function or business within a highly regulated industry, excellent internal and external communications skills and be able to function in a
