Description

The Government Vehicle Health Management Systems (GVHMS) Team within the Analytics Capability in Boeing Global Services is looking for a Product Team Manager to lead a multi-skill product team that performs systems engineering, Cyber Security / Information Assurance, software verification, fleet support, and configuration management. The GVHMS product acquires and manages aircraft health and usage data, performs health and usage assessments, updates aircraft configuration, and recommends maintenance actions.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people and for delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. In addition, the successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter who has excellent situational awareness and ability to be effective in a fast paced environment. The team applies an Agile, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and deploy Vehicle Health Management solutions to support Navy/Marine platforms.

- Develops, motivates, and inspires employees as our most important resource
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, business partners, and external stakeholders
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and works closely with other GVHMS teams
- Develops staffing plans and providesoversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications (Required)


- Bachelors, Master's, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or technical related field
- Experience leading teams and developing people as our most important resource
- Experience cultivating excellent customer and external stakeholder relationships
- Experience with project management principles

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience leading engineering teams including cross-functional teams
- Experience with Model Based Engineering (MBE)

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required.

Relocation

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
