Description

An award-winning Benefits Company in the heart of downtown Minneapolis has an excellent opportunity for an articulate and friendly professional to serve as a Healthcare Advocate!


This position focuses on building relationships and providing excellent service to the members.


Ideal candidates for this Healthcare Advocate position must have a four year degree and 1+ years of office or customer service experience. Ability to multi-task and navigate different online applications is also a must.


Healthcare Advocate will be taking inbound phone calls and providing benefits information to current members. Training will be provided pertaining to insurance, insurance coding, medical coverage policies, Medicare payment rules and procedures, insurance industry policies and procedures. There is a 4 week training program to make sure you're set up to succeed!


Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility. This is a 40 hour a week position.

Some of these long-term temporary roles do have the potential to go temp-to-hire for the right individuals.

Hourly pay is dependent on experience, $18+.

As a bonus, there is a free gym on site.

Requeriments
QUALIFICATIONS

-MUST have a 4 year college degree

-Office or customer service experience (communication related backgrounds tend to succeed in this role, i.e. teaching, retail, restaurant, etc.)

-Benefits or insurance experience is also a plus but not required

-Excellent communication skills

-Customer-focused

-Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
