Primarily responsible is providing excellent telephone and email support to our external clients, as well as internal departments.
Provide outstanding Client support – questions, troubleshooting bugs, defects, malfunctions
Communicate effectively with clients via telephone or email
Respond to routine and emergency support issues from clients
Maintain proficient knowledge of all product and service changes
Adhere to departmental security and privacy policies
Effectively utilize the escalation process
Efficiently manage pending issues
Log all interactions/activities into Customer Support Client Tracking System
Perform other related duties as requested
An associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Healthcare experience in the following environments preferred:
Insurance or Clearinghouse
Hospital Admitting or Business Office
Additional experience in the following preferred or required:
Product/Application Troubleshooting experience preferred.
High Volume Customer Interaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously
PC, Internet and Microsoft Office experience required
Customer Support/Service experience required. Support/Call Center experience preferred.
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exposure to ICD-10 Codes and Diagnoses not required, but highly preferred
HDI Certification helpful
