As a Healthcare Relationship Executive, you are an Officer of the bank and will develop and manage a holistic approach to key healthcare client relationships.
You will influence the Client Relationship through developing credible and relevant messaging and deliver it through broad executive relationships to align Commerce Healthcare as a strategic partner that enables key customer initiatives, increase customer satisfaction, and grow Commerce's revenues.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for understanding the business at large so that the relationship, solutions and overall account growth translate into profit and value for both the client and Commerce Healthcare.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining business relationships and industry knowledge within the healthcare and financial sector; managing the overall client relationship and profitability of the client; advancing Commerce Healthcare brand, developing a strategy of scale (big picture) to grow the breadth and depth of relationship networks; providing the connection and thought leadership between the client's business strategies and Commerce's core solutions; being accountable for "Top Line" growth and growing revenues across the full breadth of Commerce's solutions for the Key Account and/or territories; develop a strategy and roadmap to address priority needs while collaborating with the client and ensuring practical and tailored solutions; identify opportunities and close white space within the market; act as an advocate on behalf of the client as necessary; and continuously growing the reference ability of the client(s) while positively impacting how the client communicates the value of its relationship with Commerce.


Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M.
to 5:00 P.M

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 7-10 years' experience in a healthcare related field

• Prior consulting, project management, and/or installed client relationship experience

• Healthcare industry knowledge

• Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities

• Understanding of sales and marketing processes and approach

• Ability to sell a portfolio of solutions

• Successful sales track record in Health Care.

• Executive-level, strategic consulting experience (ability to own senior-exec-level, major client relationships)

• Maintain a valid driver's license and meet Commerce Bank's driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
