Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for responding to electronic tickets and phone support.

In order to be considered for this career building position with a thriving healthcare company in Eugene, you should be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

- 1 year or more experience in a Help Desk support capacity
- experience with Active Directory
- experience with a ticketing system such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a strong desire to provide excellent service to your internal customers
