Description

Robert Half Technology has an urgent need for a Help Desk Analyst. You will thrive at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Pennington, New Jersey area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.


What you get to do every day


- Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups


- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues


- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems


- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

Requeriments
- Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications


- Experience with IT support ticketing systems


- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions


- Strong familiarity with MS Windows 10


- Microsoft Windows 8 experience


- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Windows 7 in an Active Directory environment


- Basic networking concepts


- Microsoft Windows 8 experience
