Description

Robert Half is inquiring a Help Desk Analyst located out of the Reading, Pennsylvania area. You will be supporting local and field users, in this a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. - Resolve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups


- Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems


- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally


- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Requeriments
- Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment


- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement


- Experience with IT support ticketing systems


- Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications


- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS


- Proficiency in Basic Troubleshooting


- Active Directory experience preferred
