Description

OfficeTeam has multiple openings for entry to mid-level HR Assistants and Recruiting Coordinators available with our clients in the North County area. This is a great opportunity to gain Human Resources and Recruiting experience in a variety of industries.


The ideal HR Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:


- Scheduling candidate interviews and new full-time orientations


- Screening resumes and conducting interviews


- Completing new full-time paperwork including I-9 and employment verification


- Administering/tracking employee LOAs


- Entering and updating employee files in HR databases


- Assisting HR department with submitting job postings

Requeriments

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Management


- Familiarity with workplace compliance such as: OSHA, FMLA, AA/EEO, HIPAA, Worker's Comp, LOAs and employee benefits (training will be provided to the right candidates)


- Maintain clear communication and a people-oriented work ethic


- Microsoft Word and Excel
