What you’ll be doing...
Your role is to nurture, develop, and grow our greatest asset—our people. Using your Human Resources expertise and a deep understanding of our business (don’t worry—that will come with time), you’ll guide your clients through all people-related matters as they navigate challenges and embrace opportunities. You’ll also help your clients be better leaders by supporting them in coaching, providing feedback, and managing performance. And you’ll model strong leadership by creating a great environment for your team of human resource business partners. You will play a key role in creating a work environment where everyone can thrive.
Leading, motivating, and engaging your team to deliver exceptional results.
Creating and driving our compensation, coaching and performance management strategy.
Overseeing programs that promote recognition, development, and retention of key talent.
Setting priorities, planning work, and monitoring progress to drive new programs forward.
Supporting senior business leaders to manage performance effectively.
Offering expert advice on ethics, compliance, and employee relations issues.
Providing guidance on human resource policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities:
Managing an HR team supporting multi-state retail sales territories.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in human resources.
Even better if you have:
A degree.
Worked as a human resources business partner.
Experience leading a team and working collaboratively as a team member.
Strong consulting skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Experience influencing key stakeholders through relationships, expertise and data.
The ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and professional levels.
In addition:
Sales experience and/or experiencesupporting sales employees from an HR perspective.
