An organization in Union County is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity. Hours for the HR Generalist will be full-time from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The Human Resources Generalist MUST HAVE high-level proficiency utilizing ADP, benefits administration, recruiting, a completed Bachelors Degree, and 4-5 years' minimum HR experience.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- General Human Resources operations
- Benefits administration (employee enrollments, off-boarding, vendor communications, etc.)
- Recruiting (posting jobs, ATS/tracking candidates, offer letters, etc.)
The HR Generalist must have prior experience with ADP (ADP Workforce Now highly preferred), benefits administration, and some experience with recruiting. The ideal HR Generalist will have a completed Bachelors Degree, 4-5 years' minimum experience, and be extremely confident within the realm of Human Resources. The Human Resources Generalist should be a critical thinker, extremely professional, have integrity, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
