Major responsibilities

- Administrating various administrative duties

- Forming internal recommendations

- Making use of digital recruiting resources

- Performing interviews

- Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

- Managing new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

- Candidates who are highly detail oriented, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred

- Schedule Interviews experience preferred

- Customer service experience

- Deep understanding of Phone Screens

- Recruiting experience desired

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

- Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- Anyone looking to perform this position's duties needs proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
