Description

Robert Half OfficeTeam is on the hunt for a Human Resources Assistant to facilitate and coordinate human resources functions at a large company in Southeast Portland. The ideal candidate will have experience processing new-hire paperwork, maintaining employee files on a HRIS, scheduling meetings and interviews, running reports, and posting jobs. You will need to possess an acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and superb keyboarding skills.

Administrative experience

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency

Proficiency with HRIS Software

Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills

Scheduling/calendar management experience

Orientation experience

Managing and updating HRIS Software

Scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments

Managing calendars

Assisting HR department with special projects as needed

Assisting with payroll preparation and payment

Submitting expense reports

Posting job opportunities

Sending out announcements and weekly updates

Answering phones and routing calls

Processing paperwork

Managing files

Preparing packets

Processing onboarding paperwork (i9's, W2's, NDA's, etc.)

Providing general administrative, clerical, and customer service support as needed

Requeriments
