Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources detail oriented to join a growing insurance company as an HR Generalist.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters

Facilitate manager and employee training.

Participate in large scale change efforts.

Provide high touch, results-oriented interactions with employees and managers.

Understand labor laws, legislations, employment practices and policies and ensure compliance within the region.

Protects employee/company information by keeping it confidential.

Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager questions about HR programs, and other HR related items.

Requeriments
Must have broad HR knowledge including, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, compliance, talent management etc.

Prior experience in supporting implementation of HR programs and procedures to improve overall operations and organizational effectiveness is preferred.

Passion to grow a career in HR and make an impact.

Strong execution skills and orientation – possessing initiative and capability to support programs and projects.
