As a member of our
regional power and utilities indirect (state and local) tax team you will work
on a variety of tax types including: income/franchise tax, sales and use tax,
property tax, real estate transfer/controlling interest transfer taxes, gross
receipts taxes, and industry specific utility taxes.

You will assist on technical thought leadership development, research of
current market trends, complex technical analysis and state tax research, and
management of client relationships in Minnesota and the rest of the central

across all indirect tax types.

bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline, or
a bachelor’s degree in any field with a graduate degree (Masters, JD, or LLM)
with a focus in tax.
exposure to state and local taxation.
in the power and utilities industry is *not* required but may be valuable.

ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects.
