Industrial Line Quality Manager
Components
Purpose of the Job:
Manage the Industrial Quality Team in order to ensure the deliveries from this project at the right quality level. Guarantee the compliance of the purchased & manufactured products. Validate manufacturing control plans. Measure the quality produced by the manufacturing process.

Main duties and responsibilities will include;
Manage the industrial Quality Team composed by engineers / technician / inspectors in order to ensure the deliveries are at the right quality level.
Guarantee the compliance of the purchased & manufactured products.
To achieve this result on the purchased products, the Industrial Quality Manager relies on the Supplier Product Quality Development (SPQD) & the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) competences in the Quality organization.
Ensure the Industrial Quality teams, under their responsibility, apply the standards & methods set by the Management.
Measure the quality produced by the manufacturing process.
KPI : Defects at line and workstations levels
NCR management and resolution lead time / KPI
Defect management KPI at Line/Project level
Perform analysis & manage actions to improve the KPI results.
Manage the industrial quality team.
Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
Escalate the anomalies detected on the production lines & ensure their effective treatment (QRQC tool recommended).
Ensure a proper deployment of self-inspection and the process compliance.
Work in close relation with the SQA teams, especially on NCR management.
Execute appropriate production audits to ensure that the business is operating in line with its documented quality management arrangements and the production management plan.
Manage closely the top Quality + Safety items of the Industrial Quality activities.
Work closely with the Production Line Manager to achieve the SQCD targets of the Production Line.
Maintain / obtain all required certification through: Compliance with standard requirements; implement audits and follow-up plans; driving actions required by management reviews.
Manage and motivate team members and develop high performing quality teams.
Develop the required sense of urgency within the organization to cure Quality + Safety issues.
Drive action and continuous improvement plans to analyze and reduce the CONQ, NCRs.
Participate in Quality network, to improve functional standards, processes, tools and methods towards operational excellence.
Animate an improvement plan with PLM and support function
Ensure that the inspection planning is executed within the customer collaboration.
Candidate requirements;
Engineering or technician / Quality related degree
Technical Knowledge / Experience:
Strong experience in manufacturing / industrial
