The Inside Sales Account Executive will manage and grow opportunities within the current group of business accounts by proactively calling out to current customers regarding new products that may be of interest. The role of the Account Executive on The Growth Channel Center team for the Consumer Information Services Financial Institutions vertical is to drive Experian revenue by identifying, managing, and closing deals with existing customers. This position will consult with C-level decision makers to understand and diagnose the organization’s business needs, and then develop complex solutions to targeted financial institutions/prospects leading deals for Experian.
Meets and strives to exceed annual assigned sales quota on a monthly and quarterly basis
Develops a strategy for customer contact that has a tailored opening and potential probing questions on Experian's core products to generate new opportunities
Provides forecasting and account plans to meet sales goals.
Acts proactively in placing outbound call, generating proposals and managing pipeline
Submits accurate and timely forecast documents as well as detailed territory presentations.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity information in SalesForce.
Supports and participates in all sales promotions and contests.
Implements aggressive inside sales strategies to maintain and grow revenue and generate new accounts.
2+ years of sales experience in the information services space. Experience within Financial Services sector preferred.
Undergraduate degree required.
Demonstrated track record of delivering double digit revenue growth by solution selling.
Ability to interact with customers’ key functional areas, which include marketing, account acquisitions, risk management, and collections.
Knowledge of the commercial marketing and credit risk solutions.
Selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and presentation skills required.
Ability to effectively manage and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to orchestrate resources to assist with selling solutions that meet client business needs.
