Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of semiconductor engineering experience in product engineering.
Experience with silicon failure analysis methods and closing reliability issues with foundries or IP providers. Experience with debug of digital, analog, and memory IP.
Experience with Python and C-code.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience launching new products into high volume, on time.
Familiarity with common failure analysis tools and methodologies (CSAM, SEM, FIB, X-Ray imaging, Nanoprobing, Delayering).
Knowledge of CPU/bus architecture, memory controller, high-speed interface modules, and mixed-signal/analog macros.
Understanding of digital/analog circuit design, standard cell characterization and design, physical layout, and spice modeling.
About the job
As an Integrated Circuit Product Engineer, you will play a key role in creating new consumer electronic products that meet a high bar for reliability and performance. You will work closely with the product management and design engineering teams to define standards, specify tests, and then supervise test execution and failure analysis. A broad engineering background and command of statistical methods will help to inform design of new products. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be key to ensuring adoption of your technical recommendations.

Define Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) characterization test plans and generate characterization reports. Finalize test limits and define production guard-bands based on ATE-bench correlations and Payment Verification Token (PVT) characterization results.
Work with multi-functional teams to debug, root cause and implement corrective actions on diverse failure mechanisms. Work with Design and Test Engineers to identify potential yield improvement plans prior to mass production release.
Support Quality Assurance and Reliability teams with diverse product qualification requirements (HTOL board design, Burn-in shift analysis, reliability guard-band).
Own silicon product qualification plans and execution. Track on target percentage/test revisions and associated part numbers maintenance throughout the product development life cycle.
Perform statistical data analyses on mass production data.
Define milestones and communicate product development schedule to the team.
