About this position:
Manage daily inventory fluctuations, confirm against min/max levels and purchase materials.  Monitor Production Formulated Products and communicate with Supply Base. 
 
Your responsibilities:
MRO Storeroom Inventory Buyer
 
Approval Processing of Purchase Orders for equipment repairs
 
Purchase Requisition confirmations
 
Confirm & Process MRO Obsolete inventory
 
Bulk Formulated Product Inventory Control
 
Inventory Purchase Order Receiving issue resolution
 
Facilitate Store Room Inventory Audits to confirm put-away issue accuracy
 
Attend/Support NA Indirect Procurement project activities
 
Support cage, picking parts/unloading trucks
 
Window to suppler for the RFID Cage
 
Perform Root Cause Analysis and apply Corrective/Preventive action to assure no recurrence of inventory problems resulting in Mfg. area Line Down situations. Complete 4 Block or 5P activity based on severity.
 
Oversee 3rd Party Storeroom Operations Team and provide direction with Daily Tasks
 
Support Business Plan Theme Activities, identify Gaps and initiate C/M activity 
 
What you need to be successful in the role:
Has experience in managing a team of associates, providing leadership in achieving the positions required objectives
 
Problem Solving Skills, determine root cause and countermeasure
 
Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
 
Strong written and verbal communication skills – including communication with Supplier Top Management
 
Previous experience with SAP (Systems Application and Products)
 
Required Work Experience:
 
Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing and Purchasing Experience
 
Required Education:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
