Cisco Meraki is growing and searching for a new Inventory Specialist to join our Operations team in San Francisco! As our Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing and reporting inventory levels, executing cycle counts, and performing inventory transactions in Meraki’s ERP system. You will partner with multiple departments and distribution centers to ensure inventory accuracy globally. You are a hardworking individual, who pays high attention to detail, has excellent problem-solving abilities, and has a loves a challenge.
Work with Planning and DC’s to perform inventory transfers
Collaborate with vendors to conduct reverse logistics
Perform cycle counts and maintain supporting cycle count records
Build ERP transactions for inventory adjustments and/or inventory movements
Manage Meraki's inventory email inboxes
Work with DC’s to perform upgrade tests
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of experience handling inventory
Excellent organization and communications skills (phone, email, meetings)
MS Excel advanced skills (pivots, basic formulas, VLOOKUPs)
Experience with Salesforce and Dynamics GP or other ERP system
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
