IT Advisory, Alliances and Platforms (Oracle) - Financial Services Office (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.

Coordinate with clients regarding the design and implementation technology solutions to improve their organization's efficiency and effectiveness. Define technology solutions to financial services industry clients, including enterprise data management; reference data management; ERP systems; Data Warehousing; and Reporting systems. Lead a team in order to assist clients with IT solution implementations and roll outs. Work with a team of technology advisors on requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing.
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field and 8 years of experience in defining business and technical requirements (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in defining business and technical requirements), Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field and 7 years of work experience in defining business and technical requirements.
Must have 7 years of experience in the financial services industry and/or providing financial advisory services.
Must have 5 years of experience in implementing ERP solutions
Must have 5 years of experience in Oracle system tools, technologies, and architectures, including a cumulative four years of experience in any of the following: Oracle EBS, Cloud, Hyperion, PeopleSoft Financials, OFSAA, FAH, ODI/DIH.
Must have 7 years of experience in at least one or a combination of the following:
- designing business and technology architecture
- system implementation
- data mapping and conversion
- proof of concept
- quality assurance and testing
- business and IT process reengineering.
Must have 7 years of experience in program/project management and implementation planning.
Must have 7 years of experience in supervising a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life-cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing.
Must have 7 years of project experience in at least 3 of the following:
- Managing against an onshore/offshore model; definition of business and technical requirements
- design of technology architecture
- system selection and implementation support
- data mapping and conversion
- proof of concept
- business and IT process reengineering
- program/project management and implementation planning (PMO)
Must have a 7 years of project experiences in at least 3 of the following:
- Finance transformation and accelerated close
- sub-ledger/ledger redesign
- management reporting enhancement
- business intelligence/decision support
- traded products/front/back office package implementation
- data warehousing/enterprise data design and management
- enterprise application integration
- financial planning
- budgeting and forecasting
- business/merger Integration
- reconciliation redesign or improvement
Requires travel up to 70%, of which 20% may be international, in order to serve client needs.
