Description

IT Advisor, Digital & Emerging Technology (Customer Sales & Service) (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Jose, CA.

Assist clients in understanding the characteristics and needs of current and potential customer groups and align the organization, processes and products to meet the needs of and effectively service various customer groups. Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Create optimal customer experiences through better use of technology, improved processes and proficient service representatives. Develop measures to evaluate key performance indicators and the return generated from sales and marketing investment.
Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.  Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.  Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, MIS, Engineering or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post bachelor’s related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, MIS, Engineering or related field plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years providing advisory and/or consulting services
Must have 3 years of experience leading CRM work streams including HCP, C4C, Studio ABSL, WebUI, IC WEBCLIENT, UI5, and Portal.
Must have 2 years of experience delivering one of the following CRM-enabling technology applications: Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or SAP CRM.
Must have 1 year of experience integrating SAP CRM, SAP Cloud for Customer, ECC, CPM
Must have 4 years of experience working with at least 3 of the following cross-functional processes: lead and opportunity management, quote configuration, pricing management, product management, order orchestration, and fulfillment.
Must have 2 years of experience with Internet Pricing Configuration (IPC) and Variant Configuration

Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of at least 2 professionals
Must be a certified Scrum Master.
Travel required up to 80 %, of which 20% may be international, to meet client needs.
