What You'll Do
We are looking for an IT Analyst with a proven track record of helping build high-quality software. You will work closely with Customer and Partner Services team to ensure our solutions meet our business objective and move Cisco forward.
Responsibilities include:
You will drive alignment among business partners, and vendors
You analyze and review business, technical and functional requirements.
You work in close partnership with Customer and Partner Services team to analyze business requirements in support of meeting the epic level product roadmap commitments
You will assist in QA and user acceptance testing of existing and proposed software solutions
You partner closely with system architects to define and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities
You ensure that requests from the business organization are effectively qualified, prioritized and executed working with Product Owner
Who You’ll Work With
The Customer Issue Management IT department is a close-knit team located primarily in Carlsbad, CA. We are passionate about collaboration and our office’s internal walls are covered in whiteboard paint to encourage design discussions.
The team specializes in digitizing Cisco’s case management practices, so our customers and partners have a unified and simple way to request Cisco’s assistance.
Who You Are
You have experience writing detailed specifications in the form of Stories, business processes and procedures required to develop and implement new capabilities.
You drive alignment among business partners, CSP Vendors
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Desired
Experience with customer issue management platforms and related business functions
Experience with Agile Methodology
Experience working with Cross Functional teams and Partners
Experience with PEGA CSA
PEGA System Architect Essentials certification
