If you are a charismatic techno-functional geek who has a proven track record working on multiple projects as a hands-on solution engineer, then you’re just the person we’re looking for!
As a Sr. Techno-functional Analyst/Engineer you’ll have ample opportunity to work with multiple partners across supply chain, IT, Engineering, BU to build solutions designs, do detailed analysis on key transformational programs.
Here are some of your key responsibilities:
Results and Impact driven with a balance of technical and functional know how
Ability to manage multiple projects and partners
Develop user stories and lead discussions with architects, engineers, product owners, scrum masters
Influence Solution Designs
Ability to dive into business process details and then influence solutions with architects, engineers
Ability to have data driven conversations by understanding systems and business processes
Experience with agile methodology
Some data science knowledge or experience with running queries
Someone with a yet with a ‘can-do’ and team first attitude
Who You'll Work With
You will work with a wide spectrum of people such as program managers, analysts, architects, engineers, directors, product owners and much more. Therefore, it is critical that you have very good communication and influencing skills and are techno-functional.
Who You Are
You are results driven, hands on and do not shy away from diving into details to solve a business problem.
You are a problem solver and eager to learn and have the ability to understand business processes and systems and data architecture.
You can write some basic queries and understand the key data and analytics technologies such as R, Hadoop, Hana.
You can juggle multiple priorities and have experience in running programs.
You are someone with a ‘can-do’ and team first attitude and help bring teams together, yet do not shy away from having tough conversations.
You have delivered agile projects before and understand how to deliver incremental value to the business.
You have excellent partner management skills and have the ability to communicate, present, and make an ambiguous situation unambiguous.
Our core qualifications for this role include:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not required)
5+ years of relevant work
Agile Product Owner, Engineer, or Analyst experience
A problem solver- will find a creative way to address a business problem
A hungry learner- always wanting to learn new technologies or process areas
Analytics, Data Technology expertise such as R, Hadoop, Hana, SQL
Worked with IT engineers, analysts, and leads across the functions
Some supply chain experience preferred, but not required
A self-starter and motivated to lead the way. Takes initiative
You clearly demonstrate leadership in tackling multiple, complex issues
Superb Communication and Presentation skills
