Company Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Support Technician who will be responsible for providing desktop support in a Microsoft Windows environment, as well as modifications and customization of our current applications and processes to support our growing customer base.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing and activating our software products, as well as trouble shooting product issues while building and maintain customer trust in our brand.

We are looking for a motivated, high energy person with a positive attitude.

Job Description

· Test customized configurations on various platforms and operating systems

· Conduct research and make recommendations to both customers & internal development department to better enhance the customer experience as well as product features

· Collaborate with team members to ensure effective use of the software

· Respond to inbound/outbound calls in order to provide detailed information of work performed on computers


· At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology Desktop Support

· Experience supporting laptop/desktop workstations and troubleshooting problems related to end-user applications and peripherals.

- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

· Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills

· Very Detail oriented

· Multi-tasker & problem solver

· Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

· Must be a team player
