What You'll Do
We are looking for an IT Engineer with a proven track record of helping build high-quality software. You will work closely within an Agile development team developing API’s and web services that ensure our solutions meet our business objective and move Cisco forward.
You will translate systems requirements into functional program specifications
You will build and maintain business process workflows in PEGA CSA platform
You develop front-end frameworks using AngularJS
You analyze and review business, technical and functional requirements.
Who You’ll Work With
The Customer Issue Management IT department is a close-knit team located primarily in Carlsbad, CA. We are passionate about teamwork and our office’s internal walls are covered in whiteboard paint to encourage design discussions.
The team specializes in digitizing Cisco’s case management practices, so our customers and partners have a unified and simple way to request Cisco’s assistance.
Who You Are
You are PEGA certified in either CSA, CSSA, or CLSA
You have a minimum of 2 years with technical experience in PEGA development
You show an understanding of relational database development
You demonstrate effective communications and strong presentation skills
You possess strong front end framework experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with Oracle database development
AngularJS front-end framework experience
Experience working in Java development
API and web services development experience (Mulesoft experience preferred)
Technical foundation and in-depth knowledge of enterprise applications
Understanding of Agile development methodology (Agile and Scrum)
