Who You'll Work With : When you work with us, you’ll be part of a highly empowered collaborative “FUTURE IT” team who's passionate about delivering digitization and unprecedented business outcomes. You will work with Finance and Accounting business partners, PMO, Cisco’s outsourced partners and cross-functional partners.
Key Skills Required :
At a minimum we expect you to have a Bachelors in engineering
6 years of experience as a IT Engineer leading latest technology programs in the industry
Must have Informatica, Java, web technologies, integrations and oracle ERP database expertise
Experience working in a Finance/Accounting area is a Plus
Experience in agile delivery model & Flexible and adaptable to embrace to new methodologies, tools, processes
Self-driven, results oriented and passionate in delivering business value
Critical thinking and big picture understanding of how all the modules work
Outstanding verbal and written interpersonal skills to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences is a requirement
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work with global teams
Experience working in a team environment with a documented software development process (within an Agile methodology like Scrum)
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment throughout the lifecycle of a project
You should be a results-oriented standout colleague who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance, takes absolute ownership
