Overview

We are looking for a IT Help Desk Technician to fill an opening immediately in Wellsboro or Warminster PA.
The HelpDesk Technician's role is to provide prompt and courteous Level 1 Technical Support.
This includes providing effective diagnostic evaluation of end-user customer requests.
In all cases uses good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving each request to the customers' satisfaction.
Also includes accurately and timely entering and updating of Service Desk tickets.
The position also provides end user training and assistance where required.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience: Six months experience in computer hardware and desktop operating systems in a business environment

or

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

1.
Provides Level 1 Technical Support.

2.
Maintains calls in the Helpdesk software package.

3.
Maintains documentation, inventory and conducts user training.

4.
Performs duties related to maintaining Business Continuity Site.

5.
Meets the minimum requirements and expectations for all IT employees.

6.
Training and Education.

7.
Customer Service- exemplifies Citizens & Northern's Customer Service Standards.
