What You'll Do
You will drive major multi-functional programs in the Supply Chain for Cisco, a 50b+ company. This requires you to connect and work closely with the various functions within Supply Chain like Plan, Source, Make and also with multi-functional teams at Cisco, like IT, Operations, and Finance.
This role requires a top-tier Program Manager who not only has the program management discipline, but someone who also does not shy away from tough conversations and rolling up their sleeves to resolve issues.
Here are some of the key responsibilities:
Results and Impact driven with a balance of technical and functional know how
Communicate to key partners and team members program execution status and details
Ability to dive into details and raise the level, depending on the audience
Lead conversations within IT to bring engineering and solution teams
Raise key issues and drive key decisions in a timely and enthusiastic manner with the teams
Experience with agile methodology
Have the skills to challenge status quo and think of how always build efficiency in delivering a quality product
Someone with a yet with a ‘can-do’ and team first attitude

You are results driven and have led transformational multi-functional programs before.
You are on top of program status at all levels and have the ability to communicate early and often, anticipating potential issues and risks.
You have a balance of technical and business skills and are always ready to learn and roll up your sleeves.
You are someone with a ‘can-do’ and team first attitude and help bring teams together, yet do not shy away from having tough conversations.
You have delivered agile projects before and understand how to deliver incremental value to the business.
You have excellent partner management skills and have the ability to communicate, present, and make an ambiguous situation unambiguous.
Our core qualifications for this role include:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not required)
10+ years of relevant work
Agile Scrum Master or Agile Expert
Technology expertise
Partner management at all levels
Worked with IT engineers, analysts, and leads across the functions
Some supply chain experience preferred, but not required
You clearly demonstrate leadership in taking on multiple, complex issues
You are capable of crafting effective and long-lasting implementation of change by guiding and advising the customer/stakeholder
Superb Communication and Presentation skills
Understanding of the Enterprise Process/policy/systems/data.
