Ethicon, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Labeling Co-Op, to be located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Ethicon business offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies-including sutures, hemostasis products, surgical staplers, robotics, trocars, energy devices and synthetic mesh devices-that are used in a wide variety of open and minimally invasive surgical procedures. Specialties include support for treatment of colorectal and thoracic conditions, women's health conditions, hernias, cancer and obesity. The Ethicon business combines products and services of two market leading legacy companies, both with long histories of medical innovation. Ethicon based in Cincinnati, Ohio, was founded more than 30 years ago as a pioneer in energy device development and manufacturing, helping to transform the safety and effectiveness of surgery.
Key Job Description:
Collaborate with peers across the Labeling Team to support continuous improvement in processes and execution
Coordinate new product and lifecycle product labeling content input collection
Collaborate cross-functionally with designated subject matter experts (SME) such as Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing
Responsible for assuring all required design inputs are captured and properly documented per franchise procedures
Provide required documentation to project management and design execution teams
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business related degrees.
Only students entering their second year or above will be considered.
Candidates must be available to work Full-time.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future.
Demonstrated leadership is preferred.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Candidates must have the ability to work individually (independently) as well as on a team.
Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (including a high proficiency with generating pivot tables and graphs), and Power Point, and have strong oral and written communication skills..
A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
Participation in campus/community service activities is desired.
