POSITION SUMMARY:

The Education Lead is responsible for organizing and executing training initiatives for Retail and MBR, content development and coaching.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Facilitate training for Product Merchandising teams in the field and internally on Collections season (4-6x a year) based on regional needs of the Las Vegas and greater market
- Facilitate multiple expertise trainings on Service, RTW, Leather Goods and Shoes based on regional needs of the Las Vegas and greater market
- Facilitate multiple Onboarding trainings for new hires based on regional needs of the Las Vegas and greater market
- Spend 4 days each week in Boutiques coaching on service and product knowledge
- Act as a Brand Ambassador while in the field
- Work closely with Home Office leadership and Field People Leaders to identify learning gaps to refine and develop strategies and implementation of key programs
- Act as liaison between Field and Home Office on digital learning matters
- Track and report training program results & provide feedback for future roll outs
- Provide guidance on “how to translate and deliver” product training to Account Executives for their time in the field
- Manage or assist with the shipping and tracking of samples, as needed
- Collaborate with broader Education team to build and editing content sent from Global team
- Partner with Education Coordinator on Training Material distribution, as needed


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- 4-7 years prior work experience in training—either program development, organization development, or implementation of training programs

- Fashion boutique experience preferred

- Coaching skills highly preferred

- High level of facilitation and presentation skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to influence and “active” listener


Minimum Education:

B.A. or B.S.


Minimum Years of Experience:

4+

Highly collaborative, and passionate about the development of people

High level of communication skills

Travel—up to 70% of time (Domestic)

Interface with Paris training team when needed
