DreamWorks Television Animation seeks an Intern for the internal learning and development team (DreamLearning) in Glendale, CA. DreamLearning is the internal education team that develops programming to grow and inspire talent by providing diverse learning opportunities that promote creative exploration and career longevity. The DreamLearning Intern will support the day to day set up, breakdown, procurement of supplies and scheduling of ongoing classes in the various art spaces across two campuses. Additionally, the Intern will support execution, promotion, development and data collection of ongoing lectures and other scheduled classes; as needed. The intern will gain knowledge of employee development strategies, the animation pipeline for TV and Feature, as well as, gain exposure to artists across the studio.
• Interest in animation, the arts, training, and/or artistic program management
• Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to commit 12 weeks to the internship and work onside in Glendale, CA
• Ability to provide own relocation, housing and transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Desired Characteristics
• Current class standing of Junior or above (or equivalent)
• Previous event planning or art studio coordination preferred
