The LMS Administrator will serve as primary subject matter expert and systems manager for the Asurion Learning Management System. This role focuses on creating and improving streamlined systems for LMS upkeep, developing processes for an efficient user experience, and using/building tools for easy enrollment and distribution of materials.

There is also a heavy focus on reporting and analytics for measuring the success of learning interventions.


- Generate and manage training within the Learning Management System

- Audit and monitor data integrity within the system platform to ensure available curriculum is up to date

- Organize, educate, supervise, and facilitate system access and training

- Generate regular reporting which tracks employees’ course completion and performance results

- Work with internal partners and subject matter experts to identify new training needs, map them to the appropriate competencies, obtain information and validate courseware content

- Work with internal partners to develop assessments to measure learning impact

- Coordinate implementation of newly developed curriculum with internal customers, Training Delivery partners, and partner management

- Ensure employees acquire training within appointed time frames

- Utilize project management skills to define and meet project milestones, communicate issues and risks in a timely manner, manage customer expectations and deliver results

- Recommend and present training solutions to leadership that meet business objectives and maximizes benefits to customers and employees

- Actively seeks feedback from direct manager, peers, and partners

- Actively researches and recommend innovative training tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions

- Works with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.


- Experience supporting creation and delivery of various forms of training through electronic resources

- Experience applying a systematic instructional design approach to the creation of learning programs

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality

- Ability to measure learning results based on learning objectives

- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency to work within aggressive timeframes

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong teamwork skills; ability to work within a collaborative environment

- Ability to take initiative without waiting for direction

- Experience with Learning Management Systems and reporting tools


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

- 2+ years demonstrated success with increasing responsibility and various assignments in managing the delivery of training courses

- Experience coding and/or developing advanced eLearning courses a plus

- Comfortable with the management/manipulation of large data sets

- Experience using business intelligence tools (Power BI, Domo, Sisense, etc.) to gather actionable insights for data-driven strategies

- Experience with spreadsheet programs and database software

- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps a plus
