Leadership of team conducting legal due diligence which is critical to the onboarding requirement ensuring clients have the capacity and authority to enter into transaction under agreements for trading and/ or prime brokerage accounts

Responsibility for leadership of local team and collaborating with global peers

Opportunity to engage with senior exec level stakeholders while providing them with transparency via provision of reporting and on-going communication

Autonomy to identify and implement opportunities to improve existing processes and controls

Accountability for the development, maintenance and presentation of educational content to our internal stakeholders; working to ensure that obligations are understood and adhered to

5+ years experience as a paralegal manager (preferred with corporate or derivate background working in a law firm, corp legal department or financial institution)Excellent communication and leadership skillsStrong people management experience, ideally with experience in managing and motivating remote teamsAbility to prioritize work with multiple deliverables in a deadline focused environment Meticulous attention to detailExposure to Client Onboarding and Regulatory experience is a plus
