Description

The Legal Privacy Program Manager will provide program management support for the growing legal privacy team. This role will be critical in defining and creating processes to maximize efficiency across the organization. The Program Manager will work closely with team members and cross-functional partners to manage and run complex and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have an ability to see the big picture and incorporate problem solving, strategic thinking and tactical execution with a focus on taking ownership of improving the team’s systems and processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote, manage and deliver continuous improvements of existing processes and proactively drive changes
· Demonstrate strong capabilities to engage directly with leadership on strategic objectives to improve program services and efficiencies
· Develop new and improve existing metrics and reporting tools
· Display effective organization skills and manage multiple, competing priorities
· Facilitate requirements gathering and drive creation of integrated project plans and timelines
· Manage internal customer and stakeholder relationships to set expectations and agree on clear goals, objectives, and timelines
· Demonstrate sharp attention to detail in crafting and executing work product to ensure the highest quality deliverables

· Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in program management and/or operational role in a fast-moving environment with a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results on time
· Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results from inception to completion
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others
· Exceptional judgment, creative problem solving skills combined with business curiosity, and a strategic viewpoint
· Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment
· Proven ability to effectively communicate with technical teams and senior leadership
· BA/BS degree
