Legal RTB Support Analyst
Whippany, NJ

Legal Technology is a business transformation department within Operations & Technology. We service thousands of lawyers & list of Legal systems’ users globally, Regulatory relations & engagements, Deal support and advice, Contracts, trading, etc. Our team is predominantly based and operates from Pune and London.

Working as part of the regional Legal Technology Run-the-Bank (RTB) Level 2 support team, this role is responsible for the continuous support and maintenance of the technology Applications used by the global Legal Business.
The role will require working with other support analysts, both in the region & as part of our global team. The ideal candidate we require will possess excellent communication, handling and resolution of various technical issues.

What will you be doing?
•Work with other teams and business stakeholders on incident/change/problem management
•Knowledge management, sharing and retention will be a key function of the role
•Work with Infrastructure Risk & Control and Service Management teams to deliver common initiatives
•Perform incident and problem management activities to provide innovative and tactical solutions to issues
•Off-hours on-call support required on a rotational basis
•Provide input to training plans and develop training materials for RTB training
•Has excellent investigative and analytical skill to improve and fix services and processes
•Able to assess risks and impacts and make logic based decisions to apply changes and improvements 

What we’re looking for:
•Bachelors Degree
•2+ years’ experience working within a support function & ITIL Environment with knowledge of Retail or Investment banking in a Waterfall or Agile SDLC model
•2+ years’ database experience such as Oracle or MS-SQL, with advanced investigation skills for performance issues and database profiling
•2+ years’ experience using Windows based operating system under a DevOps model, with hands-on experience in job scheduling, operating and developing various automation tools such as Nolio or Chef

Skills that will help you in the role:
•ITIL certified
•Knowledge one or more SQL related utilities; exposure to working to different DB client tools such as TOAD
•Aware of Performance tuning concepts such as explain plan, query optimization, table scans etc.
•Exposure to Data Mining and Big Data Analytical tools, such as Hadoop
