Description

Looking to join a team that loves what they do and works for the greater good? A distinguished law firm in downtown San Francisco is looking for a litigation secretary. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience supporting litigators. The litigation secretary will support a close knit team of hard-workers that are passionate about their work.


The skill set desired:


• e-Filing in State & Federal Courts

• Drafting Table of Contents and Authorities

• Calendaring

• Strong knowledge of court dates

• Strong team-player mentality

• Willing to help out with paralegal work and cover reception if there is a need

• Go-getter attitude

• Loves to be busy!

Requeriments
Requirements of the position:


• Microsoft Office Suite experience a must

• 3 years minimum of recent litigation experience

• Go-getter attitude

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• e-file experience

• Solid knowledge and understanding of local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures

• Able to manage time well
