What you get to do every day
- Use mail processing equipment
- Approve and sort all incoming mail and packages from various carriers
- Manage clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing
- Avoid assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station
- Chronicle, stack, and/or distribute mail and packages
- Keep a check on optimal machine performance by troubleshooting simple problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)
- Acquire high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents within specified guidelines

- 1+ years of prior experience working in a high-volume mailroom setting
- You could be a good applicant for this position if you are flexible and focused
- Experienced in mail processing at organizational level
- Strong time management skills preferred
- Deliver general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature
- Deep understanding of email
- Mailrooms experience desired
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Word
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Skilled in handling office equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
