The Sales Excellence team supports the global Sales organization by developing the tools and platforms that operationalize MasterCard's competitive approach to selling. The Manager, Business Analysis focuses on the CRM user experience in Salesforce.com, seeking solutions to a variety of challenges across geographies and lines of business, addressing:
•Utility - helping users realize benefits from their day-to-day interaction with the technology
•Usability - relating user requirements to intuitive process designs and user experiences
•Usage - cultivating lasting behavior change among the sales force and their business partners to drive improved business results
This role will build strong, trusted relationships with members of the extended SE team and will act as a trusted business partner for critical business applications and organizational initiatives. The individual will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical solutions through engagement with a wider team of developers, analysts and end users. The role will engage and support end users via a Tier-2 Help Desk function, providing timely and accurate response to inquiries.
•Manage multiple projects, adhering to the PMO process. Identify and communicate business/project risks, along with potential mitigations.
•Work with a wider project team to develop and execute appropriate end user acceptance testing plans to support functional releases
•Partner with the technology organization to scope projects and estimate the amount of time required to deliver solutions. Report on progress against goals throughout the project lifecycle
•Influence front-end interface design to control data hygiene and to promote better quality outputs - document requirements and perform business analysis for effective implementation
•Drive adoption across a worldwide community of users who can derive benefits from the CRM platform - syndicate best practices;
•Become a trusted business partner within the team and across the enterprise through high-impact engagement;
•Assist the business with determining how new or enhanced features can improve adoption or performance;
•Design reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com that can be consumed on a regular basis to monitor sales activities and trends from a variety of perspectives;
•Salesforce.com Admin Certification preferred, with experience in a 'Sales Cloud' application supporting a complex sales organization
•Strong analytical skills, with ability to consult with end users at varying levels of the organization
•Track record managing concurrent projects, were strong problem recognition/resolution skills are essential to momentum and completion
•Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needs of end users
•Process mapping and gap assessment skills from a six-sigma or related discipline a plus
