Manager, Human Resource Operations(Job Number: HAC0000OK) Honda Aircraft Company, LLC  Description General Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to provide leadership for Honda Aircraft's HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. This role serves as the Process Owner and subject matter expert for core HR process administration and recruiting.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads HR Operations/Talent Acquisition team to recruit and on-board highly skilled top talent in complex organization and effectively manage, monitor, report on, and improve HR data, systems, and processes.

Provide strategic vision, leadership, project coordination, training and management of the HR Operations/Talent Acquisition team.

Requires ability to process complex, time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and effectively communicate the related required actions to a broad audience including subordinates, co-workers and executives.

Strategically manage compensation and benefits programs, including annual review, salary survey participation and related initiatives.

Ensures current and future business needs are reflected in the development and implementation of HR strategies or plans and all projects and deliverables are aligned with strategic enterprise objectives.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve processes, systems and technology, measurement practices, and metrics reporting for the HR department, including periodictraining to business steams

Identifies, creates, and implements process improvements and deployment of innovative methods and technology-based tools to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Elicits feedback regarding the effectiveness of HR Operations/Talent Acquisition services and activities and modify activities when necessary.

Fosters and maintains strong internal relationships with key HR and businessleaders, including evaluation of candidates and fit within organization

Manage initiatives to drive operational excellence, including but not limited to Honda clubs,volunteer activities and other company-wide initiatives

Support larger HR and Recruiting initiatives by ensuring continuity and successful deliveryof functional services.

Maintain all HR associate records for legal compliance and ensure efficient records retrieval.

Manage relationship with temporary staffing agencies, oversee candidate hiring and contractual issues with agencies and internal procurement division.

Manage immigration and visa issues for new hires, including coordination of requiredinformation for sponsorship between candidate, leadership and immigration counsel.Qualifications

Significant business and financial acumen, as well as general HR functional knowledge.
Education, Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

B.S. Degree required

PHR or SPHR preferred

8+ years of experience workingin a HR environment with 5+ years ofmanagement and HR experience

Experience managing process improvement initiatives
