Experience in business management, project management, change management and search/online advertising.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree.
Successfully own sales team operations: portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution.
Ability to model and coach sales behaviors: including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling.
Ability to develop thought leadership abilities and industry expertise. Ability to influence executive stakeholders.

We are responsible for growing advertising business growth by educating, promoting solutions, and consulting with clients directly.

As a sales manager, you are a thought leader with a strong in-market presence. You'll enable your team to exceed ambitious strategic targets and OKRs, assisting them in managing portfolios of diverse businesses at various stages. Your knowledge of how Google’s solutions can solve various clients' business challenges will be key to success. As such, you'll set the vision for how your team understands and transforms their customers and the business.
As the GCS Canada Mid-Market sales manager, you will work to drive market-level impact and acceleration. You will collaborate with other teams across Marketing, Apps, Scaled, Agency, and Large Customer Sales on programs and exchanges that drive customer success in the region. Additionally, you will represent Canada globally in our partnership with Strategic Operations on program feedback, evolution, and pilots in market.
