Report on NBCU and competitive performance to senior management across a variety of metrics – both linear and digital.
Inform Executive Leadership on trends in pop culture and the media landscape that might impact NBCU businesses.
Track linear and non-linear performance of portfolio programs for “Total Audience” reporting.
Analyze, evaluate and synthesize data from new forms of audience measurement such as set-top-box and Smart TV data
Create and maintain dashboards and portals of internal and external Research data.
Be the portfolio expert on the popularity of content coming from Netflix and other SVOD service.
Serve as a “go-to” resource for any part of the vast NBCU divisions that need analyses and a POV from the ELG portfolio
Create new ideas on how to organize, manage and store data for both Research and non-Research teams to use.
• 3+ years of television research experience.
• Highly motivated / pro-active, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Expertise with Nielsen tools a must (especially Npower).
• Experience with STB on-demand and digital data preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for television, pop culture, media and entertainment
• Experience with Tableau a plus.
