Job Overview This position is part of the Global Sales Operation team supporting the worldwide Sales and Customer Service teams on driving business growth through direct sales and distribution channels. The Project Manager role will play a critical part in the definition and execution of the sales business requirements and the execution of the requirements into the business processes. This role will support the needs of the Sales teams to optimize practices, enhance efficiencies, and execute projects for the organization.
Ownership of the Salesforce application which is used to manage CRM and Opportunity data
Mange key projects using proven project management principals and methodologies
Create and deliver executive level presentations for ROI on projects and budget governance
Understand sprint planning cycles to drive epic requests and user story requirements
Define business requirements to IT teams and drive the implementation through to end users
Lead the support teams to resolve production issues and provide long term solutions to business needs
Support the reporting and dashboard needs of the Sales organization for monthly, quarterly, and annual needs
Continuous process improvement in the Sales process including lead management, opportunity, and key performance metrics
Management of projects from business requirements to end user implementation
Establish governance council for master data management in the areas of Customer Data
Work with the customer experience and digital experience teams to align onboarding systems with sales processes

Minimum Qualifications 5+ years experience in the following areas:
Project Management or Senior Business Analyst
Oracle ERP, Salesforce.com, reporting tools
Project Management for large business transformative projects
Developing reporting and metrics for global Sales organization
Highly proficient in Microsoft office products including Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
Salesforce administrative knowledge is preferred
Education Requirements Preferred: Bachelor's or equivalent experience
