The Gene Therapy Program (GTP) is entering a new era of unprecedented opportunity with the great potential to reshape the face of medicine as we know it. Our discoveries have set the stage for successful treatments and possibly even cures for devastating genetic diseases.
We are seeking an Manager, Talent Development to play a vital role in providing strategic and tactical support to our Human Resources (HR) team.
Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Organizational Dynamics, the Manager, Talent Development will be responsible for managing the job change process for internal GTP & ODC employees including promotions/demotions, reclasses, salary increases, organizational design, PIQ development, and compliance measures. The Manager, Talent Development will also manage development-related employee relations issues and provide support to the Director in managing select HR-related employee relations issues. The Manager, Talent Development will be responsible for managing HR workflow; providing root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement solutions and implementation with respect to Workday Business processes.
Additionally, the Manager, Talent Development will provide support to the Director in developing effective mechanisms to track and report key metrics as they relate to GTP/ODC HR functions. The Manager, Talent Development may also provide support to the Director in exercises related to employee development evaluations and succession planning.
Joining the Gene Therapy Program and Orphan Disease Center offers professionals with the unique opportunity to provide support services for staff and activities that could lead to cures for devastating diseases.
