Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Manufacturing Specialist for its Operations Department.  This individual will report to the Manager, Manufacturing and will be responsible for order processing of media and print components and scheduling product delivery to our warehouse.
Accurate and timely processing of Purchase Orders with 1st Parties, print vendors and assembly houses
Work with external vendors in planning, scheduling and assembly of components into finished goods in order to meet product demand
Work w/internal teams in scheduling and assembly of special builds and displayers
Accurate and timely entry, processing and closing of manufacturing work orders in ERP system
Monitor component inventory levels to ensure orders placed are available to build as scheduled
Completing procurement process with timely and accurate system receiving
Complete inventory adjustments/transfers and check accuracy of transactions thru system reporting
Work with Accounts Payables on invoice processing and accuracy
Work with Inventory to ensure accurate reconciliation of both finished goods and components
Work with Creative and Brand on new launch titles and identifying all necessary physical components, creating BOMs
Maintaining and distributing various reports
Creating key code templates and approving requests
Adding and maintaining price templates for components
Requesting quotes for labor and negotiating pricing and timeline

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2 years experience in purchasing / software replication / order management / material planning
Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Strong analytical / organizational / data entry skills
Excellent communication skills and good with people
Knowledge of PeopleSoft a strong plus
Must have advanced Excel skills
General understanding of manufacturing (BOMs, expediting, inventory)
Be able to work successfully and calmly in a challenging, high paced environment
