What you’ll be doing...
You will be responsible for managing resources in the Consumer Marketing Segments organization and balancing the work load by prioritizing programs based on committed target launch dates and strategic importance. You will ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams as well as help the organization to run at a fast pace without compromising output.
Coordinate and assemble materials for weekly staff meetings, monthly all hands, and other executive meetings.
Support the strategic planning, operations, projects, and administrative functions needed to support leadership.
Coordinate team building initiatives to elevate the satisfaction of the team, including extracurricular activities and newsletters.
Prioritize effectively within tight schedules and a fast paced environment.
Travel is expected approximately 10% of the time.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of proven project management or related experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to be extremely flexible and creative to ensure that the consumer marketing segment organization interest is represented.
Excellent project management skills and strong follow-up as you will be working with multiple stakeholders.
Capability to be highly detail-oriented, focused on accuracy.
Adherence to deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency, ability to define priorities.
Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a matrix team.
Self-motivation, accountability, integrity, and passion.
Flexible work style, excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization with the ability to lead others to achieve a common objective
Ability to work on projects simultaneously, change tasks quickly and see projects to the end.
