What you’ll be doing...
As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of multiple campaigns supporting Wireless Product, Pricing, and Services programs for consumer-facing and/or business-to-business national campaigns. You will lead cross-functional teams in identifying key deliverables that ensure requirements and risks of the overall project goals are identified, managed and completed in a timely fashion in order to achieve targeted phase completion and scheduling.
Managing the planning process for local integrated marketing plans for Wireless initiatives including advertising creative, media, training and development, and internal/external communications.
Ensuring local projects are completed according to schedule and expectations.
Working heavily with advertising, retail, web, media, pricing and promotions, device marketing, and local marketing teams.
Participating and distributing the upfront strategic development and planning processes for local marketing efforts across internal team members and external agency stakeholders.
Being the lead in organizing, communicating updates, and gathering content inputs for project planning and collaboration meetings.
Responding effectively to conflicting priorities, continuously prioritizing and re-prioritizing deliverables and respond to unexpected changes on a frequent basis.
These responsibilities call for exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with ability to generate effective presentation materials. You will also exhibit the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work with a sense of urgency and routinely meet deadlines.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:

Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
A strong understanding of project management including the demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk.
